Suggestions and feedback? Head this way... Plus a quick review of this week at JournoTwit

Wow what a week! #Media140 took place in Sydney and saw JournoTwit discussed by Dave Earley during the panel on social media tips and tools for journalists. Thanks very much Dave! The relationship between social media and journalism is still developing, bringing about great change and presenting huge opportunity.

Next up, Fabio Cevasco from h3rald.com has written a superb review of JournoTwit which we're extremely grateful for. From the article:

Maybe it’s just me being a geek, but I think JournoTwit nailed it when it comes to making Twitter more productive: everything just works, and fast, unlike some of its more feature-boasting competitors. I have been using it on a daily basis for weeks, and I’ve never missed a single tweet since (unless I explicitly wanted to do so).

He ends with some helpful feedback and suggests some features he would like to see included in JournoTwit. This gave us an idea...

We've set up a Google Group to bring discussion of Feature Suggestions and Bug Reporting under one roof. Please use this group for any feedback you might have.

Thanks everyone, hope you have a great weekend!

JournoTwit - Media140 edition

JournoTwit is proud to be supporting the Media140 conference, taking place in London tomorrow! Media140 is raising money for Mencap - read more about it here.

The best way to keep a check on the pulse of Media140 is to use our bespoke application - Media140.JournoTwit.com

This special edition of JournoTwit has been custom themed and dedicated search columns will track the Media140 #hashtag channel. You will find announcements and updates from @Media140 as well as a column devoted to coverage by the Media140 Bloggers.

Tomorrow's Media140 conference will present and discuss the impacts of real-time social media on branding. The lineup features 16 speakers, all specialists in the leading edge of marketing, branding and consumer engagement.

We hope everyone attending has a fantastic time and look forward to your feedback! Hopefully a "down under" edition of JournoTwit can improve the experience for those attending Media140 in Sydney, Australia.

The Media140 edition of JournoTwit has encouraged improvements to our font colour picking algorithm, making brighter colours more visually pleasing. Regular JournoTwit users will find their configuration remains unaffected by logging in to this edition.

Enjoy!
